The Pharmacy Technician takes in-coming calls from members, providers, etc providing professional phone assistance.
- Process prior authorizations
- Insurance benefit verification
- Checking medication orders
- Maintain complete, timely and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials, and transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.
**Must have a Pharmacy Technician license or a Tech in Training license in the state of Arizona.
Must be flexible between the hours of 6:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday – Friday with a Saturday rotation. **2 weeks of training: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
Pay rate is $18.98/hr.
