Radiology Ltd. a 500 – employee, medical imaging company is seeking a full time Guest Services Representative for our Green Valley site. Training will take place at our La Cholla location on the NW side for 4 weeks.
This role is an integral part of the patient experience at our facilities. We are looking for candidates with empathy and compassion for patients who have the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. We will train you to do the rest!
Hours for this position are Monday – Friday 7:15 am – 5 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting patients through the registration process.
- Building accounts and creating necessary forms.
- Processing paperwork and entering patient data.
- Collecting co-pays and payments on self-pay accounts.
- High School or GED required at time of hiring.
- Must enjoy helping people and being a member of a team.
- Must be able to pass General Skills Assessment test.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- One to two years medical office experience or related education helpful but not required.
