RN Supervisor
We are looking for a qualified in-home care nursing supervisor to oversee clients and to manage our nursing team. The ideal candidate has solid experience as a registered nurse and at least 2 years in the home care/ home health industry. This position requires team management skills and a problem-solving attitude. Further experience in management or administration would be a bonus. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure smooth operations for the nursing department through day-to-day management and client care planning.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments, Develop the Plan of Care, and Coordinate Care for Clients.
- Verification of competencies for In-Home Caregivers.
- Available during hours client care is being provided.
- Coordinates services and schedule client visits at least every 90 days and as needed.
- Coordinate and monitor all client care and services.
- Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner and Maintain client records accordingly.
- Provide in-service education, Orientation and NA Training.
- Review client’s condition, monitoring progress and response to the services provided.
- Ensure quality services are provided and client satisfaction. Adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Attends staff meetings
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a nursing supervisor
- Must be a Registered Nurse licensed to practice in the State of NC.
- Have at least two years of experience in home health or related health programs. Other related health programs may include a hospital, nursing facility, or hospice.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Great people skills, customer Service, organizational, and time management skills
- Must be willing to travel to Guilford County on a regular basis and the counties surrounding Guilford County as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 – $32.00 per hour
