Job Summary – The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide service and support for Heraeus Medical by performing AR Management and Credit Management


Your Role and Responsibilities:
• Provide support and oversight for all matters relating to customer invoices, open AR, past due.

  • Support migration to auto-invoicing, ensuring new and existing customer AP information is accurate and updated.
  • Utilize and improve open AR reporting as a means to identify and target priority accounts for payment collection and reconciliation.
  • Effectively manage AR to suitable and sustainable levels, having a particular focus on reducing and eliminating bad debt write offs.
  • Proactively prevents aging AR by staying vigilant and immediately addressing past due invoices with customers according to company standards and processes.
  • Follow company protocol and processes for communicating with customers on past due invoices, ensuring follow up as necessary, and seeing payments through to application/processing.
  • Track all communication to ensure proper and timely follow up on past due invoicing and escalation of necessary actions.
  • Process customer credit card payments, while looking for ways to migrate customers to more cost-effective methods (ie. ACH).


What is required for this role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Finance) and a minimum 4 years of experience required.
  • Experience with SAP
  • Self-starter, self-management skills.
  • Excel proficient
  • 4-6 years of Medical Device/ Bio-Tech / Healthcare industry experience preferred
