General Description:
We are looking to expand our network of licensed health professionals in West Virgina (licensed clinical social worker, mental health professionals, therapists, psychologist, or psychiatrist… any licensed health professional aka LMHP/LCSW) to review online DSM-5 mental health assessments for Emotional Support Animal letters for the clients who use our online system.
DSM-5 Assessment Reviews:
The assessment reviews are completed online though a secure and private portal only you will have access to for the clients that you claim after being notified of a new available review. The assessments range from 15-25 questions, mostly true/false or with a ranged answer (ie: never, rarely, usually, often, always) and some will include written explanations for detailed responses. The questions are taken from the DSM-5 and are parsed into categories such as Anxiety, Depression, PSTD, ADHD, Social Phobia, etc. The assessments will take less than 5 mins each to review.
Upon review completion, you will either select “Approve,” “Decline,” or “Request More Information.” If approved, an Emotional Support Animal letter will be generated with you as the signer.
Additional Forms:
Additional forms for apartment complexes commonly known as Reasonable Accommodation forms may be requested to be reviewed, and signed upon request of the client or with their consent. The forms are generally submitted to the company from the clients, and we then have our staff pre-fill them and then will send them to you to review, sign and date. On occasion, about 10% of the time the clients apartments will want to send them directly to the therapist, but will help with this also if you like.
Time Commitment Expectation:
We like for our licensed professionals to do a minimum of (2) sets of reviews a day.. the first set in the morning to clear the queue, and another at the end of the day to clear the queue. On occasion we will request a priority review mid day, but in general if you are doing (2) sets of reviews a day its not entirely necessary to complete these priority reviews as they come in.
Requirements for Hire:
Must have current and valid license in a state of the USA. We will pay $10/per approved assessment and $10/per form completed. We on average review 10-15 a day, and within the year are hoping to get to 20-25 assessments a day. This could be a very lucrative opportunity with limited effort for the right candidate once we reach our ideal milestone goal of 20/day.
Fee Schedule (assessments reviews only, forms will increase these amounts)
- [ 20 reviews * $10 * 365days ] = $73,000/year or $6,000/month
- [ 10 reviews * $10 * 365days ] = $36,500/year or $3,041/month
