First Montana Bank is seeking an ambitious and energetic applicant who is looking for a professional career opportunity as a full-time Bank Teller/New Accounts Representative in Missoula, MT. This position is responsible for accurate and courteous processing of customer paying and receiving transactions, answering the telephone, assisting customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, and for other customer services that contribute to favorable customer relations and efficient operations. This position is also responsible for presenting and cross-selling the Bank’s financial products and services, utilizing the principles of the CARE customer service program, and operating within the policies, procedures, and guidelines established by the Bank, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. Position responsibilities may include assisting with consumer loan applications. Training and career growth are a huge part of this position and will allow you to discover new and exciting opportunities in the world of banking.
A High School diploma or GED is required. A minimum of 3-6 months of banking or related experience is required, although 1-2 years of banking experience is preferred. Cash handling and customer service experience are a must.
