About the Role:
As a Courier, you will be responsible for delivering medications to our patients. You will collaborate with our Operations and Logistics teams to ensure flawless and reliable deliveries.
Collaborate with our Operations and Logistics teams and utilize technology and routing tools to deliver medications to our patients.
Abide by New York City Department of Transportation safety regulations for a courier.
Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.
Meet company operating policies and standards, including providing best in class customer service.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements:
You must have your own car, be at least 21 years old, and have had your license for more than 1 year.
You must have proof of registration of your vehicle and proof of insurance (with your name on the policy) on your vehicle.
You must be able to drive in all weather conditions for extended periods of time (from 4 – 8 hours depending on shift length) and possess the ability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
You possess the ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
You must have a Smart Phone with downloadable app capability and be familiar with technology and routing tools.
