Job Summary
Our Account Manager is responsible for managing our client base, working directly with business owners and developing client relationships. You should be someone who enjoys helping people — possibly in multiple languages and comfortable in numerous online systems in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, and bilingual abilities (Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Spanish, Korean, and more) is a definite plus. The ideal candidate would be well-organized and able to prioritize needed tasks.
Requirements:
- Self motivated, well organized, high energy team player
- Capable of mutli-tasking with high time management skills and navigating numerous online systems
- Excellent listening skills
- Strong writing skills
- Must have the ability to exemplify our commitment to exceptional customer service and cultivate relationships
- Strong team player
- Prior insurance experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate; we are seeking a responsible and outgoing person who can learn quickly and think on their feet
Responsibilities:
- Issuing renewal proposals
- Communicating with underwriting teams, clients, and third parties
- Evaluating the insurance needs and analyzing individual businesses to help place coverage
- Conducting due diligence
- Coordinating with clients to ensure risk management compliance and undergo loss control measures
- Coordinating auditing process for commercial enterprises
- Other administrative tasks as needed
