Certified Medication Aide -Full & Part Time LTC Facility – Ayden Healthcare Wauseon – Wauseon, OH

Needs to have the Certification from the Ohio Board of Nursing for Medication Administration

Job Duties may also include but are not limited to :

To provide routine daily nursing care & services that support the care delivered to patients/residents residing in the facility in accordance with the established nursing care policy & procedures and as directed by the supervisor.

Essential functions & responsibilities:

• General patient/resident care

• provides care as directed by the nurse to patients/residents living in facility

• reports to nursing supervisor any observations & pertinent information related to patient care

• Works using guidelines established by the facilities policies & procedures

• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested

Acceptable job performance includes completion of the job with policies & procedures responsibilities as well as compliance

with policies, procedures, rules & regulations

Qualified applicant should have current STNA certification & be active on the Nurse Aide Registry
