We are a Maryland company specializing in providing traditional and innovative psychotherapy treatments to the residents of the Baltimore/DC metropolitan area. We are rapidly growing and are looking for motivated TMS Technician to grow with us.
You are the right fit for the job if you can:
Treat patients according to specified protocol by correctly setting up and utilizing TMS equipment.
Engage patient in appropriate conversational discovery about: Patient mood, daily routines and other indicators important for TMS treatment.
Offer positivity exercises in order to help patient through process.
Complete clinical documentation with detailed and individualized patient notes, including assessed mood and progress, PHQ 9 scores, and billing codes.
Maintain patient log at end of each session.
Perform internal and external collaboration, education and marketing that include talking with on-site PAM providers, discussing TMS criteria, respond to referrals from community, answer inquiries about TMS and send periodic correspondence to providers.
Respond or escalate inquiries, phone calls, and emails as is necessitated by the situation within the scope of job duties.
Follow all policies and regulations set by PAM LLC in completion of their job as described by job standards and direct supervisor.
Present high level of professionalism while representing PAM LLC in their duties.
Skills and Requirements
High school diploma or GED. Higher education in the medical field preferred.
Must be able to type at least 35 WPM.
Must be available for 8-hour shift between following times: MON-FRI 8:00 – 5:00 PM. (Some rare exceptions apply)
Must be organized, reliable, professional and be able to maintain confidentiality.
Must be able to clearly communicate through speaking, reading and writing in English.
Must have basic computer skills: (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be proficient in customer service and communication skills.
