ESSENTIAL DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shift Leaders effectively manages the restaurant, including administration of policies and guidelines of the company, ensuring 100% Guest satisfaction at all times
- Embodies hospitality, making sure every Guest has a memorable and extraordinary experience while serving as the Guest service/hospitality example to the team
- During shift maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensures products are consistent with company quality standards and specifications
- Identify gaps in shift execution and make adjustments
- Shift Leaders control day-to-day operations by managing labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team
- Leads by example, executing and managing House Rules
- Performs positional duties day-to-day, as needed
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
- One year of managerial experience.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to travel as needed.
