What will you be doing?
We are looking for a Project Coordinator/Scheduler to join our Projects & Accounts Team. As a Project Coordinator/Scheduler with Evolve Security, you will serve as the scheduler for a variety of client engagements. This role will partner with the Account Management team to keep engagement timelines on track and assist with urgent scheduling changes and requests. Successful candidates will be highly organized individuals with puzzle solving and relationship building skills with an interest in technology and information security.
Responsibilities include:
Scheduling all client engagements (which consist of 1-30+ project per engagement) – which includes timelines and staff assignments
Be knowledgeable of the ever-changing engineering team members’ individual expertise to effectively assign the appropriate projects to them.
Knowledgeable of engineering team’s capacity to provide Sales Team with lead time projections for specific deliverables
Work collaboratively with the Account Management team to keep engagement timelines on track and assist Account Managers in urgent scheduling changes and requests
Be the key stakeholder in managing our custom Project Management application in PowerApps
Requirements
Preferred Experience & Ambition:
Very organized
Probably enjoys puzzles and Tetris : )
Enjoys problem solving
Team collaborator
Excellent time management
Not adverse to data entry
Experience with Project Management tools preferred
Familiarity with PowerApps is a plus, but not a requirement
