Outpatient Psychiatrist – Clayton (Richmond Heights) Clinic
We are currently looking to hire an Adult Psychiatrist and Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist at our new clinic in Richmond Heights, MO. Our psychiatrists will have the option of working solely in-office or a hybrid of clinic and remote services. This option is important and necessary so our patients and providers can feel safe and comfortable during and after this crisis.
While working as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team, the provider will have the following responsibilities:
- Clayton (Richmond Heights) Clinic (opportunity to work out of our Maryland Heights, Chesterfield, St. Peters, Kirkwood, and Washington clinics as well)
- Hybrid option to do combination of telepsychiatry and clinic work or 100% clinic based
- Exclusively outpatient clinical services
- No nights, weekends, or call responsibilities
- Complete psychiatric evaluations and medication management, provider determines patient times
- Full-time schedule (option for 4, 4.5 or 5-day work week), consideration of part-time candidates on a case-by-case basis
- Work on a clinical team of psychiatrists, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, psychologists, and therapists
- Ability to build rapport and establish a strong working relationship with client
W2 Employee Compensation/Benefits:
- Compensation can exceed $276,000 – 311,000/year, no cap

Qualifications:
- Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic
- Physician must have a current, valid license to practice in Missouri or be able to obtain one
- Active, unencumbered DEA
