Comcentric is looking for an IT & Healthcare Recruiter to join our company’s continued growth. As an IT & Healthcare Recruiter, you will be doing full cycle recruiting for some of our top tier clients. You will be able to recruit for large scale projects, temporary assignments, government facilities, and healthcare facilities, and to achieve the goal of scaling our internal teams with a diverse mix of top-tier talent.
Job Duties:
- Develop and release job postings on a platform, such as social media and job boards.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.
- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience in related field
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
- Familiarity with job boards, or HR software, databases, and management systems
- Social Media expertise
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
$40k base salary with an uncapped commission structure. Strong Potential to earn $100,000+
