Responsibilities for the Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) – Per Diem:
Make home visits as needed to hospice patients during scheduled work hours
Coordinate patient care among the hospice team
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications for the Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) – Per Diem:
Current NH RN license
Minimum 2-5 years direct care experience preferred
End of Life experience beneficial, although we will train the right individual.
Excellent telephone communication skills necessary
