Our client, a boutique company that provides strategic counsel to C-Suite healthcare executives, is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to support the Founder. In this client-facing role, duties include scheduling extensive meetings in Microsoft Outlook, preparing the Founder for calls and meetings, serving as a liaison with clients, troubleshooting tech issues as needed, coordinating light travel arrangements (mainly domestic), and handling Office Manager duties as well. Looking for trustworthy self-starter with good judgement and a with strong attention to detail. Successful candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, executive presence and the ability to shift priorities independently. Must have at least 10 years of experience supporting ideally supporting a founder of a company. Must have experience with Mac and Apple products and Basecamp, a project management software. Salary is $125K + discretionary bonus + competitive benefits!
