Hiring Immediately: Full-time Dock / Warehouse Logistics Supervisor
Take the next step in your LTL career as a dock supervisor in our Allentown terminal. Based in the fast-paced environment of a breakbulk LTL terminal, this position requires a strong ability to manage multiple processes at once, as well as good leadership and team building skills to help lead our dock teams. A successful dock supervisor is a planner, not a reactor.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Dock planning and scheduling
- Supervising employees to ensure correct loading and unloading
- Assigning resources and equipment
- Ensuring compliance with all safety rules, company policies, and government regulations
- Monitoring performance and coaching employees

Scheduling flexibility is required for this position. Our loading docks are in a covered, outdoor environment.
