Senior Project Manager – Impact Windows and Doors – Commercial
Naples/Ft. Myers area (State relocation available)
Currently looking for a Senior Project Manager in the Naples area for several projects. Our client, based in South Florida, is the premier distributor and full-service contractor of impact windows and doors for both commercial and residential markets. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years Project Management experience with Commercial New Construction Impact Windows and Doors. Have the ability to oversee all aspects of a project and construction process. Extremely competitive salary based on experience.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple million-dollar Glass and Glazing Commercial New Construction projects. Must be able to meet deadlines and excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate with all departments important to the commercial project as well as the GC. Must have experience with RFIs, Planning Revenues, Managing Orders, Capture Costs, etc. Will be onsite and work from an office.
To qualify you must have the following:
?High School Diploma with related work experience; Bachelors degree preferred.
?Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience with Commercial New Construction Impact Windows and Doors.
?New Construction Commercial experience required.
?Must be able to execute RFIs, oversee templates, Plan Revenues, Capture Costs, Manage Orders, etc.
?Must be able to read blueprints and have document imaging experience.
?Experience with project management software: Procore; knowledge of Bluepoint or Bluebeam a plus
?Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Office, and Outlook
