Genesis Medical Health, PC is a progressive medical group that provides Physician, Nurse Practitioner, and Physician Assistant services to skilled nursing facilities throughout NY state.
We are seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant to join our group and provide quality care to residents onsite in a nursing facility in Brooklyn, NY. The NP or PA will see residents upon admission, discharge, monthly visits, and acute visits as asked by the facility or as medically necessary.
Provider requirements:
* NYS licensed and nationally board certified
* Nursing Home or Geriatric experience a plus
* Motivated and driven
Provider will receive:
