We are Hiring!!! Crestview Landscape is looking for a HR Generalist. We are a recognized leader in the residential marketplace. The ideal candidate will have professional leadership, training, and supervision of the team members.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Responsible for maintenance of confidential personnel files, personnel actions
- Manage the interviewing, screening, and recruitment process
- Manage all aspects of the onboarding process
- Enter new hires on system
- Administer companywide employee benefits plans
- Full knowledge of California and Federal Labor Laws
- Conduct yearly benefit open enrollments
- Employment verifications
- Provide direction to employees in the resolution of problems, related to benefits, company policies, and procedure
- Prepare termination paperwork and ensuring compliance with termination guidelines
- Assist payroll with timesheets and keep track of vacation, leave of absences, and sick leave
- Coordinate team building events
- Update and maintain annual OSHA 300
- Assist with Employee relations
- Maintain the highest level of safety awareness companywide
- Work with management to create safety goals and initiatives companywide
- Own safety incentive plan in accordance with safety program
- Assist with workers compensation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA
- Evaluates risks and hazards to suggest for corrective action
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
- Have at least 3 years of HR related experience
- Highly organized, goal driven, and focused on results
- Professional, team player, honest, flexible, and the ability to multi-task, strong communication skills
- Takes charge and is a self-starter/self-motivated for continuous development and improvement.
Compensation: Pay rate $60,000 annually + depending on experience on experience + Benefits + paid time off for vacation, sick and holidays Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with 4% matching contribution
Full Time – Monday through Friday
