Due to the growing number of current and future projects, a highly respected Design Build General Contractor is looking to add a new Commercial Construction Project Manager to their team. This Project Manager will manage primarily TI and renovation Commercial Construction projects.

-Project Management of Commercial Construction projects.
-Negotiate change orders
-Submittals
-Update project projections
-RFIs
-Site Monitoring
What You Need for this Position
Project Manager experience with projects ranging in size from $1M-25M
