Marketing Associate – Star Valley Health – Afton, WY

Job Description

At SV Health we attribute much of our success to the strength of our marketing division. To build on this momentum, we’re searching for a highly qualified marketing associate to work closely with the team. From day one, this individual will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with healthcare, working as an administrative assistant or equivalent and assist in a variety of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, and social media. The marketing associate must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

Objectives of this Role

  • Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy
  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
  • Contribute to marketing print ads, digital ads, radio ads and other activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
  • Oversee corporate forms and coordinating updates, intranet, user interface and collaboration between departments
  • Act as the “face” of marketing in the community and at the organization, establishing relationships to further understanding of needs in the marketplace
  • Coordinate with internal and external contributors to develop compelling and engaging content and collateral, allowing us to tell the SV Health story
  • In partnership with the team, develops the editorial calendar, creates and sources content, and produces patient facing communications, including newsletters, emails, and social media
  • Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing team in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to internal customers and provide instructions for use or promotion
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
  • Continually seek and research new and creative ways to reach our target market

Skills and Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in business, marketing, or communications or equivalent experience
  • Past work experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing and business practices
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Working knowledge of Word Press, web design and email software
  • Experience with Adobe Create Cloud Suite, including InDesign, Rush, Photoshop, and other programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.88 – $28.33 per hour
