Position: Portfolio Manager
As the Portfolio Manager you will lead project implementations, identify interdependencies between project or programs; establish networks across organizations, lines of business, and regions to drive initiatives, strategies, issue resolution, and alignment. This associate will also provide timely reporting and communication to stakeholders, proactively identify business risk and propose mitigation strategies, and define success criteria for projects and programs. Your role is accountable for a subset of the portfolio area roadmap, planning activities, and deliverables as well as identifying and leading process improvement opportunities. Utilize your expertise to consult with portfolio stakeholders on the project management discipline and coach other portfolio managers in developing skills to plan, organize, manage, and make decisions.
· Manage department project intake / business case artifacts.
· Manage contractor SOWs (budget and renewals).
· Lead stakeholder initiative roadmap planning/alignment, preparation of budgetary estimates (initiative discovery) and project status (during execution). Proven experience in successfully leading and facilitating teams in portfolio management, portfolio planning and financial analysis.
· Manage portfolio budget and provide executive updates to sponsors/stakeholders.
