NorthPoint Professional Counseling is a premierprivate practice/private pay specialty group. NorthPoint specializes in providing Individual, Marital, Sexual Addiction Recovery, and Betrayal Partner Healing. Applicant must be willing to seek advance certification training in area of specialty listed above as a minimum.
Minimum Qualifications: LMFT, LMSW, LPC or LP licensure is highly preferred for consideration. Limited licensure may be considered.
NorthPoint Professional Counseling Offers: A supportive work environment, ongoing referral base, electronic medical records (TherapyNotes), full time admin, upscale furnished office space, and flexible scheduling.
Essential Duties/Functions: Applicant to perform initial assessments, administer therapeutic assessments, develop and implement treatment plans.
Applicant to complete all documentation as required by NorthPoint’s policies/procedures. No insurance forms to complete as NorthPoint is a private pay group practice. Applicant must provide high quality, compassionate and ethical care to all clients. Applicant must actively participate as a positive member to NorthPoint’s team of professionals. Applicant shall maintain good standing with their appropriate credentialing board. Applicant shall complete all recommended continuing education requirements to keep licensure current. Applicant shall stay current with updated trainings, research and best practices.
After 90 days, applicant may be offered a W2 employee position.

Currently, many clients may prefer to seek counseling via Telehealth. Applicant t must be able to provide Telehealth services through NorthPoint Professional Counseling. NorthPoint will train.
