GVH Distribution is looking for a motivated and energetic individual to fill our Marketing Assistant position in Coeur D’Alene, ID!
- Full time position that offers 40 hours a week.
- Schedule- Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m-4:00 p.m.
The starting salary for this position will be $40,000 per year and is dependent on related job experience.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant include but are not limited to:
- Design, create and distribute marketing material such as sell sheets, PowerPoints and other requested material.
- Produce monthly marketing pieces according to the marketing plan.
- Design, create and edit videos.
- Responsible for editing existing websites and assisting with website design as well as maintain social media pages such as Facebook and others that are created or assigned.
- Follow up with customers to get required information for quotes and proofs daily via email.
- Create & maintain project activity log in Microsoft Excel that must be updated daily, weekly, & monthly.
Position requirements:
- College degree in marketing or related field
- Experience with the follow programs: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Windows OS, Microsoft Suite (proficient in Excel and highly proficient in PowerPoint), WordPress, Video Creation & Editing Software, Bartender Labeling Software
