Disassembly Technician – Training Available – Tri Star Engines and Transmissions – Baldwin, WI

We are looking for Disassembly Technicians to join our growing team at Tri Star Engines and are willing to train the right candidates. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the automotive industry and be a gearhead at heart who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty.

This individual should have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, be able to multi-task, and the flexibility to be pulled from one task to another at short notice.

In addition, a strong work ethic with proven work history and track record of experience in manufacturing environments are a must.

Tri Star Engines has been a leader in remanufactured engines for over 30 years. We design and build new and remanufactured engines for all types of original equipment replacement, high performance, marine, industrial and racing applications. Disassembly Technician Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for disassembly and preparation of:

· Raw materials

· Engine components

· Supplies and service to meet business needs

· Safely and effectively complete quality disassembly process according to Tri Star standards.

Disassembly Technician Experience Required:

· High school diploma or GED

· Minimum 1 year experience in a parts, manufacturing, automotive department

· Self-motivation and serious drive to succeed with teamwork mentality

· Engine component knowledge or mechanical aptitude
