Work directly with Chick-fil-A Aurora Ave N & 130th’s franchised Owner/Operator & leadership team in a nurturing environment where you will learn valuable people & business skills. Our Team Members work operationally with a bias for action & sense of urgency. Job duties include continuous learning & cross-training to deliver a consistent high quality guest experience. Responsible for cleaning, stocking, preparing &/or serving great food. Accountable for compliance with policies & procedures. We measure success with analytics to include the quality of our relationships with customers and co-workers. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Training provided, no restaurant experience necessary to succeed
- Great communications skills
- Able to give and receive instruction
- Able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for your entire shift
- Able to climb ladders, bend & kneel to perform cleaning & supply stocking
- Able to lift & transport boxes weighing up to 35 pounds
