Client Care Coordinator – Home Health Care.

Preferred Private Care is currently seeking a self-motivated and reliable Administrative Assistant who is driven, a team player, and excels at customer service for a full-time office position in-home healthcare. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for implementing the start of care for new clients, maintain client files, and taking on special projects. Responsibilities:

  • Assists with registering and maintaining new clients, and coordinating care.
  • Assures clients are receiving care timely and appropriately.
  • Maintains AHCA and Preferred Private Care policies and procedures.
  • Provides excellent customer service to both clients and caregivers.
  • Any other duties, as assigned by Executive Staff.


Qualifications:

  • High-school diploma/GED required.
  • CNA or HHA Preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Bilingual is a plus but not required (English/Spanish).
  • Reliable and professional with a proven track record of good attendance.
  • Strong attention to detail, and excellent time management.
  • Good communication and organization skills.
  • Critical thinking skills, including the ability to problem-solve accordingly.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work well with a team.
  • Must have a positive, upbeat, and professional demeanor.

Office hours are Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM plus on-call rotation.
