What you’ll be doing every day:
You will have the overall responsibility to manage the human resources department in a true generalist capacity. Functional areas supported include full-cycle recruiting, benefits administration, coaching managers on performance management, employee relations and being a culture champion, wellness and safety, and employment law and regulatory compliance. There will be occasional exposure to project management and strategy. If your approach is by-the-book or policy driven this will not be a good fit for you.:
Who we are looking for:
You will be able to demonstrate: critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills, excellent customer focus, patience, and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents and staff. You will also have:
- Bachelors degree strongly preferred
- 1-3 years of recruiting/interviewing experience
- 1-3 years of experience of performance coaching and counseling
- Working knowledge of workers compensation, federal and state employment law
- Experience with employee relations, building positive employee morale, and using systems and practices to support employee engagement::

Pay Range: $43,680-$53,040 annually*:
