Conduent Business Process Solutions (BPS) group transforms client business processes by automating and streamlining mission-critical operations through deploying the latest technology solutions – driving supply chain efficiencies, improving security, and leveraging data to guide revenue growth, while creating seamless end-user experiences.
The BPS Account Manager serves as the clients’ primary relationship leader for all the Digital Processing suite of services. As such, the Account Managers’ job is to 1) establish and nurture client executive relationships; 2) execute Account Business Plans that are focused on demand creation, growth, cross-organizational collaboration, and a reduction in business risk, and; 3) lead and represent “One Conduent”, by influencing actions and decisions that positively impact revenue, delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction.
BPS Account Managers have three primary goals – with specific responsibilities and expectations that apply to each. These primary goals are: 1) retain and grow client profitability, 2) identify, pursue, and capture add-on, new-capability and cross-sell business revenue growth, and; 3) increase client satisfaction with Conduent and with BPS. Specific responsibilities for BPS Account Managers, include;
- Be the Quarterback for the extended BPS team around each assigned account
- Create and execute an Account Business Plan (ABP) for every assigned account
- Plan and execute renewals that grow revenue and expand BPS footprint
- Expand Client contact footprint
- Provide thought leadership to client
- “Open the door” for new capability sales opportunities that may be led by others
- Expand Client relationship value with add-on sales
- Effectively deliver all controllable dimensions of client satisfaction
The BPS Account Manager – Digital Processing role will manage multiple clients of Conduent’s comprehensive suite of Digital Processing offerings including; Omni Chanel Intake, Document Digitization, Data Capture, Data Processing.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of business experience, ideally in business process outsourcing or business process improvement
- Domain expertise; enterprise level BPO solutions with one or more of the following offerings: Mailroom Intake, Digitization, Data Capture, and Data Processing.
- Proven experience in managing services portfolios of $20 million+ in Annual Contract Value.
- Demonstrated functional account management expertise and skills described.
- Track record of building trusted advisor relationships with VP level and higher in organizations.
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
