As part of the management team you will have responsibilities in several different areas.

SUPERVISING AND TRAINING

You will supervise and direct employees customarily and regularly during work hours. Train, coach and provide regular performance feedback (positive and corrective) to motivate and improve the performance of all employees. Make employment decisions regarding: hiring, discipline, advancement, termination and compensation. You will communicate team goals and expectations to all employees; coach employees toward achieving goals, and recognize and reward employees who contribute to goals.

RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT

You will utilize labor effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high quality of QSC. Analyze business performance, monitor controllable costs and initiate appropriate corrective actions when necessary. And ensure business and personnel practices are conducted according to state and federal laws and consistent with Carl’s Jr. policies and procedures.

COMPETENCIES

Management must be able to works independently and be a self-starter, value customer service, be a skilled team builder, have strong leadership skills, and be an effective communicator.

In addition, you must be at least 18 years of age. Be able to work upwards of 47 hours per week, as dictated by business need. Be able to stand, bend and stoop, for long periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Be in possession of or able to obtain a food handler’s permit within 30 days of starting.

STARTING WAGE:

GENERAL MANAGER $48,000

ASSISTANT MANAGER $42,000
