We have a great job opportunity for a Maintenance Technician who will service our Southern Utah facilities. The candidate will be an independent, self-starter who has excellent janitorial and maintenance skills. Responsible for light maintenance on storage property and the cleaning of storage units. You will work along with our Utah Maintenance Team, company truck provided.
Responsibilities:
· Tree trimming, pulling weeds and removing debris
· Keep outdoor areas and walkways clear of trash and debris
· Perform minor repairs
· Assist with maintenance projects as required
· Multi-task and manage multiple projects
· Will supervise projects with vendors
· Will supervise day to day processes of the Storage Facility
Qualifications:
· Willing to work in all outdoor conditions/elements – rain, heat etc.
· Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
· Outstanding time management and organizational skills
· Ability to multi-task and complete assigned duties within a specified time frame
· Effective judgment and decision-making skills
· Excellent communication and customer service skills with staff and tenants
· Must have reliable transportation and insurance.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8am-5pm / hour lunch
