Front Desk Receptionist – Spinal Interventions – Provo, UT

A busy pain practice now with two locations in Utah county is looking for a full-time Receptionist to join their team. As a receptionist you will manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, you will be the first point of contact for our company.

Our Receptionist’s duties include offering support across the organization. Other duties include but are not limited to: welcoming guests and greeting people who visit the business, distributing correspondences, answering and redirecting phone calls, taking payments, data entry, scanning, and filing. To be successful in this position, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is a customer service role. You should be able to deal with urgent matters in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role requires working four weekdays, as well as a fifth if coverage is needed. No nights, and no weekends!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 – $13.00 per hour
