Key Qualifications:
- Implement and maintain effective, efficient systems to maintain the facility’s physical plant,
- Oversee and ensure work quality of housekeeping and laundry staff.
- Safely meet the needs of staff and residents in compliance with federal, state and local requirements
Skills:
- Determine personnel requirements and make recommendations for staffing needs.
- Develop, implement and maintain procedures to ensure that the facility is maintained in accordance with company policies.
- Order or requisition sufficient supplies and equipment to operate department safely and efficiently.
Experience:
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Previous supervisory experience required.
- Knowledge of Nursing home regulations and budgeting preferred.
- Must be able to speak, read and understand English.
- Able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
