We are seeking a CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT in Antigo, Wisconsin for the Medical Pediatrics Unit at Aspirus Langlade Hospital. The CNA will be responsible for providing direct patient care. This includes provision of hygiene, passing water, changing linens, feeding patients when required, checking of vital signs, weight, and height checks, etc. This position will also assist in patient admission process, answer call lights and monitor patients.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Completion of an approved nursing assistant program and current inclusion in the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
- Current CPR Certification, or obtained within 90 days of hire
- Previous experience working with a variety of age groups preferred.
Hours: Part-time, varied shifts, weekend & holiday rotation. 48 hours per pay period. Benefits package available.
Aspirus Langlade Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital located in Antigo, Wisconsin. The hospital admits 1,300 inpatients annually with 62,000 outpatient visits each year. The Emergency Department has more than 12,000 patient visits each year. We average 180-200 births per year and perform 1,500 surgeries annually.
