Behavior Support Specialist – Arrow Child and Family Ministries – Sugar Land, TX

Arrow Child & Family Ministries is seeking a Behavior Support Specialist for our Behavioral Health Services. The Behavior Support Specialist is responsible for the direct provision of in-home and community-based rehabilitation and support services to children in the community; assuming a functional role in providing life/parenting skills, medication maintenance, case management services, and crisis support services. This position will require flexible work hours to include nights and weekends.

A Behavior Support Specialist Requires:

Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, mental health or related human services field. At least one (1) year of previous experience working with youth in a mental health setting. Masters degree preferred.
