Messerli Kramer represents national creditors in Minnesota, and six other Midwest states. The Collections Division located in Plymouth, Minnesota, is seeking an entry level Associate Attorney. The position will focus on a consumer collection litigation practice. The position requires proper management of a volume caseload, a desire to complete stringent pleading reviews as part of a team, and make frequent appearances in conciliation and district courts.
