Account Coordinator I – Freedom Forever – Temecula, CA

Position Summary

The Account Coordinator I is a vital part of the solar project life cycle, ensuring a positive experience for both customer and sales. This position is responsible for maintaining an accurate sold Scope of Work (SOW) for all projects. The Account Coordinator I will handle the initial scrub of every project within their assigned region, working with sales and homeowners to obtain additional documentation as needed. The Account Coordinator I will work closely with their assigned team to assist in the movement of projects through their regional pipeline.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Examine contracts and finance information to ensure accuracy
  • Display a basic understanding of solar
  • Document additional project costs properly within CRM
  • Accurately scrub data from new deals submitted by the sales team
  • Manage multiple queues at once and prioritize based on greatest need
  • Track performance against daily, weekly and monthly KPI goals
  • Review and modify the sold scope of work data against Finance Company requirements
  • Manage Missing Paperwork App to ensure all required documents are received and uploaded
  • Act as a point of contact with Sales on their projects
  • Create/send Riders to revise typographical errors on contracts
  • Prepare solutions for jobs that need additional work to move past New Deal
  • Proactively communicate pertinent project updates with Branch and HQ operations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements

  • High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)Ability to grasp basic solar knowledge
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with a high level of dedication
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize own workload
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented
