Job Summary:

The B2B Sales Enablement Manager brings an intense customer focus, creative energy and results-oriented discipline to drive long-term growth and scale our mission of bringing innovative, compassionate care to more people. The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and executing product marketing materials, cultivating an in-depth understanding of the product suite to serve as a resource for internal stakeholders, and optimizing product marketing activities. The Sales Enablement Manager works closely with the Product Marketing Director to align Marketing, Sales, and Product departments around customer needs and industry developments. The Sales Enablement Manager is collaborative, organized, a critical thinker, and enjoys working in a quickly moving environment making an important impact in healthcare.


  • Work closely with the Product Marketing Director to execute GTM strategy across Marketing, Product, and Sales departments

  • Collaborate with B2B Marketing and Sales on demand generation activities

  • Developing content marketing assets in partnership with Enterprise Marketing and Corporate Communications on thought leadership related to our product offerings

  • Help gather market intelligence, including customer and competitive insights

  • Ensure alignment of strategy, messaging, and GTM plans with other Doctor on Demand channels for demand generation

  • Champion and prioritize customer engagement, retention, and product experiences that support patient and business growth

  • Build industry-leading presentations and other collateral to be used in sales and thought leadership settings

  • Work with the analytics team to create proof points and metrics for our products

  • Stay current on developments in the telehealth market to inform marketing strategy

  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare product marketing to health plans and employers

  • Experience working within a fast growing startup preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.

  • No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., picking up and computer / laptops) may be required.

  • Good manual dexterity required to use common office equipment (e.g., computers, laptop, and mobile devices).

  • Some overnight business travel may be required.
