Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain all licensing requirements for health and safety of children
- Oversee staffing with absences and ratios
- Answer the phone
- Greet parents
- Call a parent if a child is out sick
- Facilitate breaks for staff
- Collect tuition payments
- Order supplies
- All parent newsletters and center updates via emails or texts.
- Maintain all student files
- Maintain and update class lists and rosters
- Order supplies as needed
- Order snack food
- Notify director of any needed repairs to the facility
- File unusual incident report with Licensing if any child is injured requiring medical attention.
- Greet and host any licensing analyst for a site visit.
- Check teacher lesson plans weekly
- Plan and prepare for staff meetings on a monthly basis
- Tour prospective new students and “sell the school!”
- Manage all subsidy files, signatures and collections.
- Begin a waiting list
- Plan and implement all-school events for holidays and milestones.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
