Essential Job Functions of a Room Attendant:
- Clean guest rooms including, but not limited to changing bed linens, vacuuming floors and carpets, dusting all furniture, and cleaning glass and mirrors.
- Clean bathrooms by disinfecting floors, toilets, counters, bathtubs, and showers.
- Replenish guest room supplies.
- Clean common areas, as assigned.
- Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
- Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy.
- Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies, using wheeled carts.
Requirements for a Room Attendant:
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as well as during the week.
- Must be able to lift, bend, push, pull and carry up to, but not limited to, 25lbs.
- Must have a good attitude and willingness to learn.
Upon Hire:
- Present documents that verify your eligibility to work in the US and identification.
- Meet hiring requirements, such as a drug test and background check.
