Professional appearance is a must. Customer service experience in a medical clinic is desired, but not necessary. Training will be provided. The position requires approximately 25 hours a week. The hours will be Monday through Friday in the morning approx. from 2:30pm-7:00pm.
There will be opportunity to pick up more hours if you also join our Floater pool.
The Part-Time Patient Services works under the Full Time Patient Services Staff to successfully contribute to the smooth operations of the clinic. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting everyone who walks in the door
- Answering incoming calls in a professional manner
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking patients in and collecting copays/deductibles
Candidates should be excited about interacting with patients, staff and visitors. This position requires someone dependable, and flexible. Candidates must also be easy going, computer literate and able to learn new software. We prefer applicants who have some experience in healthcare.
