Job Scope:


What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality to establish production schedules that ensure on time delivery and production efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Master Scheduler to establish and implement daily/weekly plan/schedule review and execution at each key work center
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure production plan/schedule are fully reviewed/aligned/committed, and all necessary raw materials, tools, fixtures, etc. are ready in place before executing the production plan/schedule
  • Coordinate with maintenance team to build preventative maintenance plan into the production schedule
  • Collaborate with the Master Scheduler to establish plan attainment and other related metrics, as well as the daily/weekly review mechanism. Collaborate with all stakeholders to conduct root cause analysis on any major plan attainment miss and develop recovery plan
  • Collaborate with Production team real-time to reschedule/re-prioritize any high priority lots upon disruptions (e.g. machine down, etc.)
  • Improve visibility and monitor schedule execution on any overdue jobs, engineering holds, or other quality issues.
  • Assist Master Scheduler to develop/populate daily/weekly dashboard to assess the healthiness of production.
  • Assist on ERP implementation

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in related fields
  • 2+ years in production environment preferred
  • Previous experience in Medical device industry or contract manufacturing preferred
  • Collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders across multi-disciplinary business and functions
  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills
