Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, provide office information, take messages.
- Process referrals and schedule patients.
- Check patients in and out.
Support office functions:
- Scan medical records and process medical records requests.
- Demonstrates organization, attention to detail, and is able to process information correctly.
- Compiles, processes, understands, and is knowledgeable about required patient forms such as consent for treatment.
- Respond to patient requests in a professional and appropriate manner.
- Process referrals and obtain proper authorizations.

Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
