A full-time Medical Registrar and Scheduler is needed by X-Ray Associates of New Mexico at X-Ray Associates at Santa Fe. Our office is located in Santa Fe just off I-25 and Zia Road. At our front desk, you are the “Face” of X-Ray Associates. You will greet arriving patients, and register them for their radiology exam, and answer calls, critique upcoming exams, and schedule patients.

Skills/ Requirements:
Requires a H.S. diploma or GED, with 1 year of previous customer service experience, preferably in the front office of a medical setting. Excellent customer service skills are needed and confidentiality is required. Knowledge of medical terminology/anatomy is a plus. You must be able to operate a computer using the Windows operating system. Having worked on an EMR is a plus. Bilingual a plus. Knowledge of Prior Authorizations and Insurance Eligibility are a plus.
Hours are Tuesday-Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch and Saturday 8am-4pm with no formal lunch break.

Pay: $15.50 per hour
