We are seeking a Office Administrator to join our compounding pharmacy team. We are seeking an experienced professional who can help assist with day-to-day operations of our compounding pharmacy. Main duties include processing prescriptions, keeping track of inventory and assisting our pharmacist with preparation, processing, packing and shipment of orders.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with all suppliers and vendors and process timely orders.
- Customer-focus, attention to detail and efficiency in the oversight of multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and problem solve.
- Experience with Pioneer Software is a plus – but not required.
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds.*
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Background in a medical setting and/or office management position preferred. Experience in a pharmacy setting (specifically a long-term care facility), a plus.
- Interpersonal skills that enable you to work well with other team members and handle any and all customer relations.
- Attention to detail and efficiency in the oversight of multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and desire to actively suggest and implement ideas for growth.
- Strong computer and technology skills.
- Timely, professional, reliable, and ethical.
