We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Scribe/Medical Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Document medical history into the EMR
- Scribe visits using EMR
- Assist during medical dermatology examinations, surgeries and cosmetic procedures
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms and sterilize medical instruments
- Monitor and stock medical supplies
- Track biopsy results and complete notifications
- Phone triage
Skills
- Proven working experience as a scribe/medical assistant in Dermatology
- Knowledge of Dermatology and Dermatology procedures/surgeries
- Knowledge of prior authorization process
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Social perceptiveness and service-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
