Student Specialist – Family Medicine – Wheeling Hospital – Wheeling, WV

Work related Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in medical or academic setting. Previous public relations experience or equivalent preferred.

Formal Education: Associates degree or equivalent work experience in medical, business or academic field. Prefer experience in a residency program.

Additional relevant experience/education or certification required: Exhibits ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to interact well with others and work in team setting with emphasis on problem-solving and improvements. Knowledge of standard office practice and computer proficiency in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint, publisher and ability to learn other special programs. Strong organizational ability, critical thinking skills, ability to act independently and adapt to new or changing situations. Driver’s license required. Ability to travel for recruiting fairs.
