FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER – SAFETY / HR EXPERIENCE A PLUS!!
RG Construction Services, LLC- a growing, locally owned General Contracting firm with a fun, professional culture and a years worth of work backlog is accepting applications for the position of: Full Charge Bookkeeper
This position works under the direction of the Controller and GM to assist in handling the day to day bookkeeping and accounting tasks for RG as well as associated side companies. A strong bookkeeping candidate with HR and Safety experience as well is preferred. This position also oversees and works with admin staff that all construction documents and project bookkeeping is completed timely and correctly.
Ability to multi task, maintain composure in a fast paced environment and communicate professionally – verbally and in writing is a must. A pre-employment drug test and background check is required for this position.

Required Qualifications:
Self starter
2+ years of construction bookkeping experience in similar position.
Microsoft Office Suite experience (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
Employment history reflecting long term employment – no job hoppers!
Determined, hard working and detail oriented – ability to multi task and remain composed a MUST!
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills – both orally and written
Must be organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines
Passion for our team, your job and our client experience.
Valid clean driver’s license
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
