A Full time or Part time LVN is needed for shift care assisting a 20 year old female, UCLA student, with muscular dystrophy who uses a wheelchair. She is easygoing, with no trache/gtube and is located in an apartment in North Hollywood.
Shifts/ days available for now – Sun,Mon,Tue,Thur,Sat- 8am-4pm or 7 am- 3 pm.
This is a flexible schedule and evening shifts are also available. Cross coverage is available if needed. We can consider 4 or 5 days per week.
Basic expectations include helping her get ready for school (online classes due to Covid) , assistance with meal preparation and feeding, transferring to/from her wheelchair, personal hygiene, assistance with activities of daily living, and medications/nebulizer. This job has a fun, casual atmosphere, perfect for any new grad. A valid LVN license is required but experience is not needed, we will provide the training you need.
Salary: $26.00 /hour
